Job Description

Position Overview

As an Analyst, Services Business Development, you will support the continued growth and success of Invenergy’s Services team by assisting in business development activities for wind, solar and storage assets in the US market. This role requires a creative, proactive and efficient professional who can propose new ideas and solutions to improve processes, enhance our value proposition, and expand our presence in the renewable energy sector.

You will collaborate with internal teams to advance strategic offerings, support high-quality proposal submissions, leverage data systems for decision-making, and contribute to marketing and outreach efforts. The Analyst will play a key role in developing and refining tools, materials, and systems to help the team operate more effectively and creatively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure and develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals on time; Prepare RFP summaries for distribution to management.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally any materials needed for customer meetings and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Lead CRM and Power BI adoption, including full data migration, dashboard creation, and internal team training.
  • Audit and update service scope materials; maintain standardized appendices and guides for proposal and marketing materials consistency.
  • Support marketing efforts by executing campaigns and engagement strategies, particularly on LinkedIn and Newsletter, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research and contribute creative, proactive ideas to strengthen offerings and support business development across the US renewable sector.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
  • Comfort working independently and in collaborative team environments
  • Experience working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Educational background in business, economics, engineering, or related field
  • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies (wind, solar, storage)
  • Understanding of energy markets and utility services
  • Experience with CRM systems and data tools such as Power BI
  • Interest or experience in marketing, customer engagement, or content creation

Base Pay

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
 
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter can share more about bonus eligibility for this position during the hiring process.
