How you'll make an impact:
- Monitor and analyze intelligence sources, including open-source information, law enforcement reports, and internal data, to identify potential security threats.
- Prepare intelligence reports and briefings for management and other stakeholders, summarizing key findings and providing recommendations.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security weaknesses and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assist in threat assessments, risk analysis, and site surveys.
- Assist cross functional teams in crisis management situations affecting business operations.
- Conduct camera reviews and investigations in conjunction with HR and Legal.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, HR, Cyber Security, and Trust & Safety, to ensure a coordinated security approach.
- Maintain a database of intelligence information and ensure its accuracy and accessibility.
- Respond to security incidents and provide support during crisis situations.
- Develop and support implementation security protocols and procedures.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security matters.
- Collaborate with the Physical Security team, Security Technology, and Security Operations Center to ensure alarms are effectively monitored and actioned.
- Draft and update standard operating procedures

- You have 3+ years of experience in security, intelligence, or law enforcement.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- You are proficient in using intelligence analysis software and databases.
- You have experience managing security technology systems.
- You have knowledge of security best practices and procedures.
