We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional, with strong excel skills, to join our team in a full-time capacity as an Analyst Secondee on a highly reputable client account.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a range of projects and initiatives while building relationships with internal client stakeholders. The primary focus of this role will be on activities within the US and Latin America regions.
Job Description
- Play a crucial role in supporting a range of projects and initiatives for the Client
- Develop and operate excel-based models to evaluate data and provide insight into portfolio data
- Support portfolio planning efforts through the collection and maintenance of accurate data
- Primary focus of this role will be activities within the US and Latin America region
- If needed, collaborate across time zones to fulfil client requests efficiently
- Work with on-account team members in data gathering, validation, and research
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations that articulate recommendations or explain analysis and issues
- Engage with platform C&W team members for best practice learnings, dissemination, and skill expansion
- Other activities as needed
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail, with a diligent and focused approach to work
- Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Adaptability to manage shifting priorities and respond swiftly to changes
- Experience working with large datasets and deriving insights
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in Real Estate is advantageous, but not required
