The Analyst will join a team, supporting a Senior Analyst, Manager and Director. Together, they will provide consistent superior client service. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communications, be consultative and solution-oriented, and be capable of meeting deadlines. The Analyst must be a team player, committed to contributing to a team environment and collaborating with team members (in remote environments) to provide the highest quality service to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Proposal Writing – Develop and write proposals to describe the estimated work for new opportunities. This includes maintaining a library of proposal content and language.
- Project Management – The Analyst is responsible for updating the pipeline of work for the Sales Support Team. This includes interacting with other teams to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and ensuring proposals are written in a timely manner to meet all required deadlines.
- Salesforce Reporting & Updates – Update Salesforce records with proposal details and run reports upon request.
Essential traits:
- College degree or comparable work experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, sales support, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the Settlement Administration Industry or in the legal field preferred, but not required.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to effectively draft professional proposal responses.
- High proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and PDF editor programs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues at all levels and across departments
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
