MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing regional inventory and providing market guidance to IM&P analysts
• Manage and report club reconciliations to Business Development and affiliates
• Provide sourcing guidance to Business Development and ensure acquired inventory deals meet business needs
• Manage acquisition budget and ensure targets are aligned with revenue goals
• Partner with IM&P, Operations and Marketing in ensuring inventories at risk are incorporated in merchandizing activities
• Actively participate in meetings and provide insights on opportunities and risks where applicable

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
• Ability to gain an understanding of all RCI processes and products
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and organize present and future work activities, demonstrate initiative, good judgement and effective time management skills
• Work experience in hospitality industry is a plus
• Excel skills required. Basic knowledge in Snowflake and BI is a plus
