Looking for our Analyst Relations & Product Marketing Manager, someone who is excited about two things: build credible relationships with analysts who shape how enterprise buyers think, and craft the product narratives that make our solutions land. These functions closely relate to each other, so we are looking for the person who proves it.
This is a role for a strong communicator. Not in a vague, catch-all sense, but someone who writes with precision, speaks with confidence, and instinctively knows how to make a complex topic clear to a specific audience. You will represent osapiens in analyst briefings, write the messaging that sales teams rely on, and help position a 25+ solution platform in a market that is moving fast. If you are energized by that combination, this is your role!
What You Will Drive
- Analyst Relations (AR)
– Build and manage structured relationships with leading analyst firms, Gartner, IDC, Forrester, and boutique firms covering sustainability, supply chain, and enterprise compliance
– Support the full AR calendar: briefing schedules, inquiry calls, RFI responses, and executive preparation, nothing falls through the cracks
– Prepare and lead analyst briefings end-to-end: research the analyst's coverage area, craft the narrative, coordinate internal subject matter experts, and follow up with precision
– Monitor analyst output, reports, Magic Quadrant updates, Hype Cycles, competitive mentions, and translate findings into actionable intelligence for Product, GTM, and Leadership
– Identify and pursue inclusion opportunities in analyst research, market guides, and vendor evaluations that matter to our buyers
– Act as the internal voice of analyst sentiment: brief stakeholders on how the market perceives osapiens and where perception gaps need to close
– Feed AR insights directly into product positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive strategy
Product Marketing
– Drive messaging and positioning for key osapiens HUB solutions, written for specific buyer personas, grounded in regulatory context, and differentiated against alternatives
– Build and maintain the core asset library: solution briefs, one-pagers, pitch narratives, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and sales enablement decks
– Drive go-to-market for new solution launches, from internal enablement to external rollout, ensuring Sales, SDRs, and partners speak consistently and confidently
– Partner with Content and Demand Generation to ensure campaigns are built on strong product and market understanding, not just creative instinct
– Track the competitive landscape continuously, new entrants, repositioning moves, analyst-backed narratives, and keep internal stakeholders informed
