Role purpose:

  • Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day stakeholder questions on the RCM process, data, reporting requirements and governance expectations.

  • Provide clear, practical guidance in line with the RCM Standard, related protocols and approved procedures, escalating complex interpretation matters as appropriate.

  • Build effective relationships across business, risk, compliance, legal, operations, technology and other partner groups.

  • Support communications, training and engagement activity that promotes consistent adoption of the RCM process across the organization.

Continuous improvement and agile support

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to simplify, standardize or automate data, reporting and governance activities.

  • Support testing, implementation and documentation of process or system enhancements.

  • Contribute flexibly to team priorities, special projects and other activities where support is required.

  • Operate with pace, sound judgment and a collaborative mindset in a changing environment, reprioritizing quickly when business needs evolve.
