Analyst, Project Management – Denver, Colorado

In this role you will support the US Consumer Services organization by supporting key project activities that drive our US Card Issuing business, managing key project plans and delivery of business cadence updates, and coordinate tasks with matrixed regional teams that support the business.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate or participate in assigned projects simultaneously, including research, analysis, documentation, problem/incident resolution, training and status/progress reporting.
- Create business / process flows, coordinates tasks with operational teams and analyze business solutions.
- Responsible for the governance and delivery of business updates on assigned projects.
- Be highly organized and proactive with communication skills, capable of navigating complex projects and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
- Works with agent or 3rd party distributor implementations, regional operation managers and success managers to identify and manage improvement initiatives.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth/optimizations through analysis of complex processes
- Work directly with functional areas to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
- Perform duties under moderate supervision, applying a broad knowledge of project management principles, practices and procedures.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience managing projects in a complex global financial services organization.
- Substantive understanding of project management methodologies applied to managing product and business operations.
- Experience handling escalated incidents and business issues, and reporting on projects.
- Ability to synthesize complex data sets and projects timelines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ability to create change through influence, foster teamwork, orchestrate teams, and earn the trust of leadership/business partners.
- Possess a strong customer-centric viewpoint, interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and organization.
- Has an Agile mindset and is able to deliver quickly in a dynamic environment.

Salary
The base salary range is $ 60,400 - 80,500 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
