Job DescriptionData & Business Intelligence
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and project performance tracking
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports
- Generate insights to support management decision-making
Process Automation & Digital Solutions
- Automate repetitive processes using Power Automate, Excel VBA, and Power Platform tools
- Build applications and forms using Power Apps to improve data capture and workflows
- Support SharePoint list and workflow design for business process efficiency
- Improve existing reporting and tracking tools through automation and optimization
Project Controls & Financial Support
- Assist in tracking project cost, budget, manpower, and performance data
- Support analysis of actual vs. budgeted cost, labor hours, and commitments
- Help monitor purchase orders, subcontract expenditures, and project funding limits
- Collect and analyze progress data and performance trends (schedule and cost)
- Support basic earned value management (EVM) reporting and analysis
Reporting & Stakeholder Support
- Prepare regular performance and status reports for business and project teams
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting or automation solutions
- Provide analytical support for ad-hoc data requests and project reviews
- Experience in BI, analytics, project controls, or automation roles
- Proficient in creating reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy discipline
- Must be willing to work fixed night shifts and 3 days onsite per week
