About your team
We keep the data platform running reliably day-to-day while continuously improving pipeline stability, data quality, and delivery cadence across CRDB and reporting workstreams. Our focus is reducing operational toil through automation, proactive monitoring, and incremental enhancements that directly support business and investment reporting outcomes.
About your role
We're looking for a data engineer with strong Oracle SQL/PL/SQL skills — capable of impact analysis, debugging, and working across CSP Platform — combined with hands-on Control-M scheduling and Python automation experience. The ideal candidate brings a CI/CD awareness (UD/Jenkins), takes ownership of initiatives end-to-end, and can confidently drive delivery in collaboration with other engineers without needing formal hand-holding.
About you
- Strong Oracle (SQL & PL/SQL)expertise, including the ability to perform Impact Analysis , Analyse implementation & debug issues on usage of database objects - procedures, functions, views etc across CSP Modules
- Hands‑on experience with Control‑M, including scheduling and monitoring workflows
- Python hands-on experience for data engineering or automation tasks
- Basic CI/CD pipeline flow tools like UD, Jenkins etc. to enable quick build creation and deployments
- Ownership mindset and proactive collaboration, with the ability to work and lead the initiatives with other engineers as needed rather than relying on formal coordination
- Exposure to do status Reporting - weekly or monthly.

Skills Required
- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL expertise, including impact analysis, implementation analysis, and debugging of procedures, functions, views, and other database objects across CSP modules.
