About your team
The Investment Solutions Services (ISS) delivery team provides team provides systems development, implementation and support services for FIL’s global Investment Management businesses across asset management lifecycle. We support Fund Managers, Research Analysts, Traders and Investment Services Operations in all of FIL’s international locations, including London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo
About your role
ISS Delivery team needs a highly motivated/ self-driven Analyst Progammer to work on multiple new projects and modifications. The candidates will be responsible to deliver feasible solution/design in consultation with technical team and work as a developer on assigned projects or product teams. The successful candidate will be expected to bridge the requirement gap with business and carry out impact analysis on complete integrated system. In addition, candidates would be expected to complete development as per the project and/or sprint plans.
About you
- IT software delivery professional with an experience of 2+ years of hands on development.
- Develop, and deploy microservices using Java 17, Spring Boot, and modern integration patterns.
- Build RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations using JMS, messaging middleware, and integration frameworks.
- Develop high‑quality responsive Angular (8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. UI components aligned with Fidelity UX standards.
- Experience working with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA.
- Understanding of JMS, messaging platforms, and asynchronous processing.
- Implement reliable data access layers using SQL with any of the RDBMS.

- Maintain CI/CD pipelines while ensuring code quality and test automation.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and improve system resiliency.
- Collaborate across architecture, QA, product, and DevOps teams in an agile environment.
- Ensure compliance with Fidelity’s engineering, security, and operational guidelines.
Skills Required
- 2+ years hands-on software development experience
