Summary:

In this role, you will assist in resolving issues with systems access and software setup for internal and external customers. Responsibilities include addressing service tickets, conducting remote troubleshooting, maintaining effective communication, updating technical documentation, and suggesting process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with both internal and external customers to ensure quality and timely issue resolution.
  • Address user service tickets related to all aspects of software application access and operation.
  • Establish strong working relationships and maintain active communication with all customers to effectively manage expectations and timelines.
  • Understand and follow applicable requirements for routine issue resolution.
  • Assist customers by conducting remote troubleshooting.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Follow up with internal and external customers to ensure their software applications are accessible and functional.
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests.
  • Help create and update technical documentation and manuals.
  • Identify manual processes that can be automated and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Educate, train, and assist fellow team members.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $82,900.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
