Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to enhance our Procurement processes and manage Purchase Orders and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will evaluate Procurement strategies, monitor PO cycle & related contracts. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles are essential for assessing data and recommending process improvements. This role also involves effective communication with various stakeholders. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our strategic Procurement initiatives while further developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the complete procure-to-pay (P2P) process, from requisitions to Purchase Orders, and manage supplier onboarding
· Evaluate supplier performance and develop metrics to ensure compliance with agreements and organization standards
· Review agreements related to requisitions to understand the terms and conditions being settled to the best of your ability
· Conduct detailed analysis of purchasing patterns and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements
· Assist in preparing Procurement dashboards/reports (for invoices and the related POs)
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement procurement strategies that meet organizational needs.
· Prepare comprehensive reports on Procurement activities, and market trends for management review
· Maintain accurate Procurement records to ensure data integrity and security for auditing purposes
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in Procurement to continuously enhance our processes and strategies
Requirements:
· Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
· 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic high-tech Procure-to-Pay environment
· Background in Procurement or Vendor Management, with a solid grasp of P2P strategies and supplier relationship management
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
· Familiarity with Procurement software (preferably Coupa and NetSuite) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Knowledge of contract management and regulatory requirements
