About the Role

• Responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements while ensuring solution stability, quality, and operational excellence.
• The role includes Power Apps development, Power Automate implementation, automation testing, application support, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Power Platform application under group application.

• Test Automation and Quality Assurance (50%)
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis or other approved automation testing tools across enterprise applications, including SAP, Power Platform, web applications, APIs or other relevant as needed.
  • Support functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Assist in documenting test scenarios, test cases, and test results.
  • Identify and report defects, supporting resolution and retesting activities.
• Development and Support (40%)
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps) for simple to moderate business requirements.
  • Develop, enhance, and support Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, and workflow solutions.
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, and views.
  • Support development activities using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dataflows, and Web Resources where required.
  • Follow established development standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot application issues with guidance when required
  • Assist in performing root cause analysis and documenting findings for recurring issues.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support guides, an knowledge base articles.

• Delivery and continuous Improvement (10%)
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance platform stability and performance.
  • Copilot / AI bot knowledge is a plus, with a strong willingness to learn, adopt, and support AI‑driven conversational and automation solutions within the Power Platform
