Job Description
You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Senior Director, Portfolio Management, Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas.
- Identify key drivers of operational and financial performance across assets and portfolios, including areas of underperformance and opportunities for value enhancement.
- Prepare management reports and board papers.
- Prepare annual budgeting, forecast, and annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the overall portfolio including overseas.
- Work closely with Asset Management, Leasing and Property Management teams to evaluate asset performance and support initiatives to improve portfolio performance.
- Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions.
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
- Possess strong analytical, financial modelling and quantitative skills
- Ability to analyse large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel application.
