Job Description
This individual will be supporting day to day system tasks and enquires raised by our Business users and ensuring smooth delivery of system enhancements under GWB GPM initiatives.
The primary responsibility will be assisting the Business users on their access request(s) to the system and any relevant User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to be performed for the system’s Quarterly Releases or Projects related to the system when required.
• Support Business users request to obtain ID access or modify or exit the system on a daily basis
• Provide system functional support to 14 countries on system queries from Business users promptly
• Coordinate and execute UAT lifecycle for Quarterly Releases on production fixes and change requests prior to the production implementation
• Coordinate and execute project related tasks on system enhancement with other stakeholders (eg. Gather user requirement, Test Case/test Script preparation, UAT testing)
Background Requirement
• Minimum Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in systems support work and/or business system analyst
• Positive attitude, good team player and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under stress and tight timelines
