Specialist, Performance Partnerships - Remote

ULTRA MOBILE  is seeking a talented Specialist, Performance Partnerships to join the Marketing Team! Individual reports to Associate Director, Performance Partnerships. Role is remote - must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Specialist, Performance Partnerships for our Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile brands, you will assist the Performance Partnerships team in their efforts to support affiliate initiatives focused on driving new user acquisition. You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations for the Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile affiliate programs. You will play a key role in keeping both affiliate programs “best-in-class” and running like a well-oiled machine. You will have superior organization and prioritization skills, exhibit the ability to identify areas for process improvement and efficiently structuring workload. You will leverage your analytical skills to ensure campaign success. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of experience within the affiliate industry.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:  

• Day-to-day management of the Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile affiliate program, such as the application review/approval, creative management, partner tagging, IO updates, etc. 
• Execute on recruitment strategy for Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile, such as newsletter/email creation and target list creation.
• Lead the ideation, creation, and distribution of materials to communicate, educate, and provide opportunities to affiliate partners.
• Assist with the launch, partner support and analyses of promotional campaigns.
• Accurately prepare campaign-level, ad-level and partner-level reporting to support the day-to-day operations of the Performance Partnerships team.
• Apply your client services skills to supporting partners with their day-to-day requests and questions about the Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile affiliate programs.
• Support all monthly processes focused on fraud mitigation, ad policing, order reversals, and more.
• Identify and audit partner promotions for compliance and accuracy while documenting for reconciliation and historical record.

WHAT YOU BRING

• The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of experience within the affiliate industry, agency or brand preferred.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and the general principles of the channel.
• • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms i.e. Impact is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized thinker that’s capable of multi-tasking and supporting several initiatives at once.
• Prioritizes tasks appropriately and asks questions where needed.
• Strong communicator with an aptitude for managing both internal and external relationships. 
• Solid understanding of performance metrics and an enthusiasm for translating data into action. Must be strongly proficient in Excel.
• A self-starter that will go after different opportunities, both big and small, with the ability to prioritize effectively. 
• Experience launching campaigns leveraging third-party sites and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Desire to join a small, growing team with the opportunity to own key initiatives.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $67,000 - $85,000.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company paid holidays.  The specific programs available will vary depending on state, start date, and employment type.
