Responsibilities:
The People & Talent Programs Analyst role includes the following primary responsibilities, with additional duties as assigned:
People Data & Analytics
- Collect, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, payroll, ATS, equity administration platform).
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on headcount, turnover, performance, compensation, and other key HR metrics.
- Identify data trends and insights to inform strategic people decisions.
- Partner across the People Department to ensure data integrity.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to enhance data quality and streamline reporting processes.
- Provide data support for audits, compliance checks, and special projects.
Equity Administration
- Administer DocGo’s global equity programs via the UBS platform, including grants, vesting, forfeitures, and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate equity data and records across internal systems.
- Support equity forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting in partnership with Finance.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure compliance with global equity taxation and reporting requirements.
- Partner with HR leadership to manage employee education and communication related to equity.
- Assist with Cap Table management and participate in annual equity planning cycles.
Compensation
- Support annual and mid-year compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and promotion processes.
- Prepare compensation-related analytics and reports for HR and leadership, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with company policies.
- Assist with quarterly bonus attainment and payout processes, including documentation and payroll coordination.
- Contribute to compensation benchmarking, pay structure maintenance, and ad-hoc pay analyses as requested.
- Support the Compensation Committee with data gathering, summaries, and analysis related to salary, bonus, and equity.

Requirements & Qualifications:
The People & Talent Programs Analyst should possess the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in equity administration, compensation, and/or HR data analytics.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data modeling).
- Familiarity with other data tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, UBS) preferred.
