We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing people and shaping a positive organisational culture. This role reports to the Director, Organisational Development, and plays a crucial part in implementing and managing various learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
● Learning Content & Collateral Design: Design and develop engaging learning content for various modalities, including in-person, live virtual, and digital platforms. This also involves creating supporting collateral such as invitations and facilitator guides.
● Facilitation: Facilitate a range of training programs, including induction, professional learning, leadership, and talent development sessions, both in-person and virtually.
● Deployment Planning: Assist the OD team with the strategic deployment planning of key programs and curriculums, including learning and leadership development, leadership, talent initiatives, and induction programs.
● Organizational Development Projects: Lead and support various OD projects, such as the capability framework embedding, creating job descriptions, and implementing listening solutions to gather employee feedback.
● Program Faculty Coordination: Source and coordinate internal or external program faculty as needed to support learning and development initiatives.
● Reporting & Administration: Provide reporting and administrative support for OD projects, assisting the coordinator during peak periods to ensure smooth program execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Tertiary qualifications in business, HR or related field
● Proven experience in a similar Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or Human Resources role.
● Experience working in a large global organisation, planning program deployment at scale
● Strong instructional design and content creation skills for both digital and traditional learning environments.
● Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Exceptional english communication skills both written and verbal
● Proficiency in reporting and data analysis to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
