Job Description:

The Operations Analyst – Renewal is responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and executing Opportunity Analysis projects for Medline’s Renewal Division. This role ensures accurate and accessible insights on potential spending, savings, and cross‑reference data, delivering high‑quality Opportunity Analysis to support Sales teams and customers.

Some of the responsibilities are:

  • Coordinate opportunity analysis requests from Sales by performing preliminary spend and usage analysis on cross‑reference items and delivering finalized insights to Sales representatives.
  • Research, collect, and format Competitor information for use in Opportunity Analysis.
  • Perform detailed Opportunity Analysis, including:

Assessing and preparing files for import into the scrub (Cross Reference) tool. Conducting cross-reference and quantity/pricing analysis. Identifying items of interest within datasets and mapping them to the ReNewal device list. Researching and applying appropriate conversion factors and determining sourcing (OEM, ReNewal, Competitor). Building item lists, determining appropriate pricing, and finalizing Opportunity Analysis deliverables. Archiving datasets in the scrub tool for tracking and reference.

Must Have:

  • Strong sense of urgency and time management.
  • Excellent follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Ability to extract, analyze, and report on data accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Any Graduate- Pharma/ MBA with 3 - 8 Years

Good to have:

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based teams or in a global operations environment.
  • Experience with online research and competitive analysis.

Working Hours:

  • 10.30 am to 7.30 pm – daylight saving
  • 11.30 am to 8.30 pm – non daylight saving
