To do that, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans. Your Impact on Our Mission:
You will work directly with Provider Set Up Teams to transform operational and execution activities into actionable insights. Using data metrics, analysis, and visualization, you will create user stories that optimize workflows, projects, and team performance , and help our business run smoothly.

Your Day to Day Is…
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to develop or refine performance metrics tailored to specific business projects and goals.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, including tasks like data analysis, visualization, testing, deployment, and documentation to evaluate outcomes and measure success effectively.
- Implement standardized practices for data interpretation and management to ensure consistency and data integrity across various teams and projects.
- Identify and streamline inefficient workflows by leveraging data dashboards and consolidated data sources, reducing redundancy and establishing a single source of truth.
- Design and build customized queries and dashboards to fulfill data requests and support business decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users, helping them understand and utilize new reports and dashboards to drive performance.
You’d be Successful in This Role if You Have…
- A Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution with a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/ graduation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4+ years of work experience in data management, data analysis, data visualization, metrics tracking, and complex data modeling
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Salesforce Reporting Tools (Good to have)
- Advanced proficiency in in Looker and/or Lookml
- Proficiency in Python (Good to have)
- Independent problem-solving capabilities
