Key Responsibilities- Support the development and maintenance of Operational Readiness plans, schedules, and trackers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor readiness activities and collect status updates.
- Track readiness milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns where required.
- Assist in the preparation of readiness reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Support the development and review of operational procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Coordinate readiness workshops, meetings, and site inspections, documenting actions and follow-ups.
- Support testing activities, including operational trials, simulations, and readiness assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including readiness evidence and project records.
- Assist in ensuring operational documentation is complete before handover.
- Work closely with project teams and operational departments to support a seamless transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve readiness processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in Operational Readiness, Project Management, Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project lifecycle and operational handover processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
