Primary Purpose
Technology investments only deliver impact when they are clearly tied to measurable business outcomes. This role supports the organization's ability to measure, track, and communicate the value of Technology investments by providing analytical insights, reporting, and benefits realization support.
As an Analyst IV, Technology Value Realization, you will partner with Product, Finance, and Technology teams to operationalize value measurement practices, develop performance metrics, and deliver reporting that helps stakeholders understand outcomes and make informed decisions. You will help ensure value realization processes are consistently applied across initiatives, while providing visibility into progress against expected benefits.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain KPIs, benefit metrics, and measurement approaches that connect Technology initiatives to business outcomes and delivery milestones.
  • Build and deliver dashboards, reports, and analyses that provide visibility into value realization performance and emerging trends.
  • Support benefits tracking activities and post-implementation reviews by measuring outcomes against defined targets and success criteria.
  • Prepare value cases, performance updates, and supporting analyses for stage-gate reviews, investment discussions, and portfolio reporting.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, and Technology teams to gather, validate, and analyze data used for value measurement and reporting.
  • Identify variances, risks, and opportunities related to expected benefits and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
  • Support development and maintenance of value realization tools, templates, standards, and documentation.
  • Drive adoption and consistent use of value measurement processes and reporting practices across assigned initiatives and portfolios.
  • Contribute to business case development by helping quantify expected benefits, assumptions, and performance measures.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data used for value tracking and reporting.
  • Develop insights and recommendations that help stakeholders prioritize work, optimize investments, and improve value delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, product operations, portfolio management, business operations, or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience developing metrics, dashboards, models, and performance reporting.
  • Experience analyzing business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define measures, and support decision making.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using reporting, visualization, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality analytical work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with portfolio management processes, annual operating plan (AOP) planning, or investment governance practices.
  • Experience supporting benefits realization, KPI development, or performance measurement programs.
  • Familiarity with OKRs, scorecards, or other business performance management frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile, product-based, or technology-focused organizations.
  • Exposure to cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling, or ROI measurement approaches.

Salary Range: $92,640 - $138,960
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
