Summary:
In this role, you will support various members to drive products and contract price accuracy through daily root cause analysis of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) product data and contract pricing. You will implement changes within our member's ERP system to ensure we meet and exceed contractual KPI’s and all product Service Level Agreements for managing and maintaining clean product data.
Responsibilities:

Ensure that core cleansing activities accurately support the client’s service levels.

Interface with the customer and vendors on item master activities.

Manage data standardization, vendor research, data categorization, contract research, price updates, price discrepancy review and resolution, and other tasks related to the cleansing and maintenance of customer data.

Increase internal and external customer satisfaction, set achievable customer expectations, solving customer problems, ensure commitments to customers are met, and solicit opinions and ideas from customers.

Research, identify and collaborate with the different Vizient groups such as Product Sourcing, Contracting, Product Information Management (PIM) as well as our suppliers and members.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.

2 or more years of relevant experience is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook is required.

Experience managing and updating item master in Workday and understanding of PO exceptions is required.

Experience with SQL and data analysis is preferred.
-
Experience working with Healthcare GPO, Distributor, and manufacture item data is a preferred.

Medical purchasing experience and working knowledge of Medical Supply Chain Operations preferred.

Knowledge of HCPCS coding practices and Healthcare contracting experience preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $82,900.00.
