To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Analyst, IT Operations located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Sr Analyst, IT Operations the Analyst, IT Operations is responsible for incident management, application support, and IT project implementations, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting FlexFlow and enterprise applications such as ERP, Shop Floor, Warehouse Management, Finance, and Collaboration systems is highly preferred.
What a typical day looks like:
- Provide day-to-day IT operational support for business-critical applications and infrastructure.
- Deliver L2 support, troubleshoot incidents, and manage tickets through established service management processes.
- Support manufacturing floor operations and business users by resolving system issues and fulfilling requests.
- Administer and maintain enterprise applications, including ERP Systems, Shop Floor Applications, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Finance Systems, Collaboration Platforms, FlexFlow.
- Participate in IT project implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate solution deployments with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor system availability, capacity, performance, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
- Participate in patch management and vulnerability remediation initiatives.
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Track and support change management activities and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in IT Operations or Application Support.
- Knowledge of ERP, manufacturing, warehouse, or enterprise systems.
- Experience with ticket management and troubleshooting.
- IT project implementation experience.
- Intermediate English level.
- Experience with FlexFlow is a strong plus.
