Job Summary

 

The Business Analyst – IPM & Performance management is responsible for creating and managing individual and team performance frameworks across the organization. This role partners with leadership, HR, and operations to define performance metrics, monitor productivity, analyze trends, and drive IPM payouts on a monthly basis.

 

Skills & Competencies

 

Technical & Analytical

·       Strong data analysis and reporting skills

·       Experience with performance dashboards and KPIs

·       Advanced Excel skills

·       Experience with SQL, BI tools

 

Functional

·       understanding of mortgage operations and productivity drivers

·       Familiarity with incentive models

·       Ability to balance productivity, quality, and compliance

·       Ability to translate business problems into structured requirements and solutions

·       Strong stakeholder management and executive communication

·       Creative and Analytical thinking

·       High attention to detail and data integrity

·       Comfortable handling sensitive people performance data
