Responsible for coordination of ongoing governance of our vendor cost or policy change requests from suppliers. Responsible for data coordination, information preparation, and records management. Handles confidential information and communications. Full comprehension of vendor governance operation and procedures. This role supports the vendor governance manager, coordinating directly with the vendor governance intake team and stakeholders across category management, sourcing, supply chain, and finance teams to drive continuous improvement for the business.
Responsible for coordination across sourcing teams for the configuration and ongoing support to internal stakeholders of our eSourcing tool, to drive continuous improvement for the business.
This role is the Designated Qualified Individual for the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP); this responsibility ensures that our organization is governing vendor records and ensuring compliance with FDA requirements around FSVP importer of record are followed and mitigate risk.
***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, Hyattsville, MD
Essential job functions:

  • Coordination and support expectations of this role include the ability to communicate cross functionally with internal stakeholders and supplier partners.
  • Responsible for working with internal stakeholders with VMDM and vendor setup, ensuring that foreign suppliers meet the appropriate guidelines for FSVP importer
  • Collaborates with third party compliance support & invoice management for FSVP
  • Support the execution of managing cost change intake process on behalf of sourcing teams. Understanding of the source, purpose and communication to multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide expertise to the organization with regards to Microsoft Flow and SharePoint capabilities required to effectively manage the cost change intake process
  • Support, develop and build impact analysis for Sourcing and Category Managers.
  • Support and execute ad hoc requests, analysis, mapping systems and improving user experience.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.


Qualifications:

  • This position requires the candidate to obtain certification as the designated qualified individual for the orgranization under the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP)within the first 90 days.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment


Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of tools.
  • Knowledge of Power Bi, DSS Micro Strategy, Power Query, and Access preferred
  • Knowledge of retail math and/or exposure to P&L's


Skills:

  • Strong research & presentation skills (both developing & delivering)
  • Demonstrated strength in communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.


Experience:

  • 2+ years of related reporting experience in Sourcing, Negotiating, Category, & vendor management experience
  • 2 +Customer Service experience
  • Ability to influence without authority
