Primary responsibilities are to ensure appropriate operational service levels at retail. This includes working with Brand partners, In-Stock and Distribution Center teams to execute planned and unplanned allocations. This role has direct responsibility of managing Store Allocation transactions for assigned Product Groups and Distribution Centers. This position will understand the future variability that impacts product movement - from increasing efficiencies, impacting the greater network, troubleshooting root causes and supporting procurement streams (diverting, forward buy, efficiency programs).
*** Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Hyattsville, MD , Scarborough, ME

Essential job functions:
- Monitor for available inventory and ensure timely execution of all planned product allocations for applicable Distribution Centers
- Review upcoming planned allocations for applicable DC and build Daily Plans that meet facility needs.
- Maintain reporting and tracking of all Released Allocations by DC
- Maintain reporting and tracking of all Allocations not supported by sufficient inventory by DC.
- Support ad hoc allocation requests in a timely fashion by working with business partners and ensuring DC sign-off.
- Ensure timely execution of all Seasonal allocations including tracking of Season progress.
- Collaborate with Brand Partners to understand Allocation execution variance and explain root cause driver(s)
- Analyze system exceptions for root cause and work with IT partners for solves as needed Monitor on-hand inventory at applicable DCs for Planned Allocations
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
- Demand management practices.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Relex knowledge preferred.
Skills:

Experience:
- Power Bi experience and knowledge required.
- 1+ years of experience in Demand Management, Procurement, or Category.
- Store Operations experience preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related business field or equivalent relevant experience
