Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skill and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Analyst and Project Management Liaison. This role will be responsible for acting as a bridge between the data analysis team and upper management, ensuring that data insight is effectively communicated and utilized in project planning and decision-making processes.
- Analyze data and identify trends to provide insights for project planning and decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between the data analysis team and upper management to ensure clear communication of findings and recommendations.
- Assist in planning headcount fluctuations based on trends observed in the data.
- Collaborate with project managers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the development and upkeep of documentation including DILOs, SOPs and other process improvement tools.
- Help to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement based on data analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in IAM principles and frameworks (e.g., LDAP, SAML, Okta, etc.)
- 0-2 years of experience in IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Sailpoint, Microsoft Azure Active Directory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulatory (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
- Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions and integration.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Previous experience in a liaising role, connecting technical teams with business units.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$61,800.00 - $123,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
