Analyst, HR Technology - UKG

Signature Aviation is building dedicated depth in absence, attendance, and workforce management technology, and this role is a key part of that team. As the Analyst, HR Technology – UKG, you'll own the configuration, maintenance, reporting, and continuous improvement of our Leave of Absence and Attendance capabilities, working closely alongside our UKG Lead.

You'll partner closely with Leave Administration, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate configuration, effective reporting, timely issue resolution, and clear process documentation. It's an opportunity to build deep platform expertise while helping ensure our absence and attendance processes align with operational needs, compliance requirements, and the overall employee experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead and support configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of UKG Pro Workforce Management modules with focus on Leave of Absence, Timekeeping and Attendance modules. 

• Build, maintain, and validate UKG dataviews, reports, dashboards, and operational extracts related to absence, attendance, and workforce management.

• Partner with Leave Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and assess upstream and downstream impacts of configuration changes.

• Support regression testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and release readiness to ensure smooth, reliable system changes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user tickets related to absence, attendance, accruals, timekeeping, and related UKG functionality.

• Maintain administrative procedures, job aids, test scripts, and support documentation for UKG absence and attendance processes.

• Monitor recurring issues and analyze process gaps and configuration trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Recommend configuration, process, or documentation changes to improve efficiency and reduce ticket volume.

• Contribute to broader UKG roadmap initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Two or more (2+)  years of related experience 
• HR system configuration, interface, and reporting/analytics experience.  
• Project management experience.
• Experience using Jira, ServiceNow HRSD and other similar project management and ticketing tools preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred. 

Additional knowledge and skills:

• Technical working knowledge of HRIS systems software, protocols, and standards, specifically UKG, Workday or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to understand HR business processes and identify how technology can support and optimize them. 

• Skilled at documenting processes, procedures, requirements, test cases, and outcomes clearly and consistently. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and consultative ability. 

• Curiosity to research and stay current on emerging HR technology, industry trends and new UKG features and capabilities. 

• Ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. 

• Flexibility to work non-standard hours and travel as needed; QA testing may occasionally require evening, weekend, or holiday availability. 

• Performs other duties as assigned.
