The Analyst - Global Regulatory Request Team LS-I :  is responsible for:

  • Coordinate customer requests related to product regulatory inquiries.
  • Complete customer questionnaires and coordinate responses with regional and global Product Regulatory and Quality team members.
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to communicate the status of requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer questionnaires and provide accurate and appropriate responses.
  • Take ownership of assigned requests, proactively following up on each case to ensure completion in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Develop an understanding of customer regulatory requirements in both industrial and consumer product environments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requests and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory information is current, consistent, and compliant with customer requirements.
  • Support global business objectives by delivering excellent customer service and regulatory guidance.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Regulatory functions within the chemical industry.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical-grade products and knowledge of solvent-based chemistry is preferred.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Additional Asian or European language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work with global teams and support activities across European and U.S. business hours as required.
