Summary of Position Responsibilities
The required position requires a candidate who can support the Enterprise Program Management team by assisting on critical program management efforts to advance enterprise-wide Mergers & Acquisitions and Transformation initiatives. Willing to come in and hit the ground running. The individual will learn and apply program management skills to support initiatives including process improvement, management reporting, cost reduction and shared service implementation. The successful candidate should be open to and willing to develop their skills in the following areas: leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and cross-functional team orientation to build partnerships and work successfully with Business, Corporate function and IT teams, and assisting with developing well-organized presentations for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing cross-functional teams through the execution of program workstreams objectives
• Administer governance processes to ensure appropriate rigor for our legal and compliance commitments
• Identify key risks / issues and escalate appropriately
• Execute on processes to support service exits (development of SOWs, etc.); understand mapping of dependencies between services
• Capture relevant data to support management reporting needs; align program reporting with broader enterprise reporting processes
• Leverage internal and external stakeholders to deliver assigned components of programs, including those related to vendor management, human resources, operations, technology, internal audit, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial & Operations Engineering, or related field
• Basic analytical, communication and prioritization skills
• Beginner/intermediate level understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to change gears quickly and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Exercise good judgment and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism at all times
The salary range for applicants for this position is $41,600 to $68,100.
