Skills Required
- Experience in providing technology client service
- Use of data analytics approaches and tools for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Knowledge and experience with build languages
- Focus on quality and attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Strong commitment to quality and auditability
- Agile software development practices
- DevOps capabilities
- Testing standards, tooling, and automation
- Technical acumen with complex, deeply integrated systems (framework/service architecture)
- Expertise with CI/CD, TDD, BDD
- Expert in Quality Engineering
- Experience with APIs and microservices
