- Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Banks, PSU Banks, NBFCs, Funds, and Mutual Funds to facilitate syndication opportunities.
- Conduct market research and enhance intelligence on potential borrowers and their acceptability across the lending community.
- Prepare detailed Information Memorandums and financial models for prospective lenders.
- Develop sectoral insights, particularly in Manufacturing and Infrastructure lending landscapes.
- Support sell-down transactions and originate-to-sell mandates across Wholesale Banking Segment (WSB) clients with clear accountability for deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal processes throughout the transaction lifecycle.
