As an Analyst, Customer Quality, you will support the global Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) team by handling various administrative tasks, data retrieval, and analysis. Your role is pivotal in enabling CQE to perform in-depth investigations and provide solutions that meet customer quality requirements.

As an Analyst, Customer Quality, you will support the global Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) team by handling various administrative tasks, data retrieval, and analysis. Your role is pivotal in enabling CQE to perform in-depth investigations and provide solutions that meet customer quality requirements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Extract and consolidate Level 1 OCAP data into standard templates, ensuring timely submission to the CQE.

Gather initial product investigation data and information, assisting CQE in completing comprehensive OCAP reports.

Support CQE in executing quality notification (QN) administrative tasks.

Generate periodic base SPC/PCS reports based on customer requirements.

Assist CQE in data extraction, analysis, report preparation, and project follow-up.

Validate Certificates of Analysis (COA) as needed.

Perform other assigned tasks or duties as directed by Customer Quality Management.

Identify and propose efficiency improvements in quality analyst workflows.

Ensure compliance with organizational protocols, including safety, quality standards (ISO), SOPs, and Entegris Quality Operating Systems.

Deliver timely and accurate data and reports to support customer quality initiatives.

Ensure efficient and effective execution of assigned tasks.
Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Additional experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.

Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.

Basic knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control).

Familiarity with general quality systems (e.g., ISO standards).
