Key Responsibilities
- Handle compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act.
- Manage regulatory requirements under IFSCA Regulations and SEZ framework.
- Oversee AIF compliances as per SEBI AIF Regulations, circulars, and guidelines.
- Liaise with regulators, clients, and external vendors.
- Support entity setup and ongoing compliance management at GIFT SEZ.
- Prepare and draft agendas, board resolutions, minutes, and corporate records.
- Maintain statutory registers, filings, licenses, and regulatory registrations.
- Coordinate annual meetings and governance-related activities.
- Ensure timely reporting, tracker management, and data integrity.
