Summary:
In this role, you will analyze and manage contract, item, and program-related data to support accurate catalog content, informed decision-making, and operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure data quality, identify trends, and support continuous improvement across catalog and sourcing-related processes while combining hands-on contract and data management with analytical reporting and stakeholder support.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and process client local contract and item-level data to support accurate and timely catalog loading.
Build new contracts and maintain existing contracts using client-submitted documentation, resolving data inconsistencies as needed.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, risks, and opportunities that support operational and program goals.
Create charts, reports, and summaries to communicate insights and track initiative progress.
Manage data entry, price file submissions, updates, corrections, cancellations, and supporting documentation.
Identify, document, and resolve data quality issues, including duplicate records and incorrect item information.
Support sourcing- and eligibility-related initiatives through research, analysis, and operational support.
Respond to internal and external requests with clear communication and timely follow-through.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product and development teams, to support process and system improvements.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and clearly communicate data.
Experience working with large and complex datasets and producing operational or analytical reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables, preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external partners.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
