In this role, you will:
- Provide day-to-day support for users across WFM, VMS, and LMS platforms.
- Assist in system configuration, data entry, and issue resolution.
- Run and maintain standard and ad hoc reports from platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, and SuccessFactors.
- Serve as the first line of support for end-user questions and issues.
- Maintain process documentation, user guides, and system FAQs.
- Work closely with HR, IT, Procurement, and vendors to support daily operations and ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6+ years in an analyst, coordinator, or support role.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
- Exposure to HR, procurement, or workforce-related systems is a plus
- Familiarity with platforms like SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, SuccessFactors, or Cornerstone is a plus.
