In this role, you will:
- Define business processes, functional requirements, and target-state capabilities across workforce platforms.
- Partner with Ops, HRIS, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Conduct capability mapping and gap analysis.
- Support tool configuration decisions and functional design validation.
- Define test scenarios, participate in UAT, and validate end-to-end solutions.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and scalability.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in workforce management, learning management, or vendor management systems.
- Direct experience implementing Kronos / UKG
- Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, labor rules, and compliance.
- Experience in greenfield or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
