Magna is implementing the Concur Travel Request & Expense system company-wide, for approximately 300 Corporate entities globally. This role will be instrumental in supporting, implementing, troubleshooting, and further enhancing the use of Concur within Magna International. As this role matures, the position may be expanded to include all aspects pertaining to the implementation and support of Concur Travel booking.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support including incident management, root cause analysis, and service request handling.
- Configure SAP Concur modules (Expense, Request, Travel) as per global templates and business needs.
- Plan and execute self-responsible onboarding activities for implementations and rollouts according to templates and checklists including Marketing, Kickoff, Testing workshops and Train-the-trainer sessions.
- Understand and work with the Onboarding toolset to use it with all major functionality to create/maintain entries and do user training accordingly.
- Manage data imports/exports (305, 350, 720, SAE) and ensure stable integration.
- Collaborate with SAP AMS FI, HR, and Finance teams along with Concur support.
- Support Cognos reporting, including report troubleshooting and requirement gathering.
- Monitor and support Concur-related RPA processes and enhancements.
- Maintain high-quality Magna-aligned documentation and audit-ready artifacts.
Knowledge and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Business and process analysis experience
- Fluency in English, on a business or near-native level
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience with financial & HR applications or knowledge of accounting practices
Work Experience
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in SAP Concur or similar SaaS platforms.
- Experience in global delivery model and client-facing environments.
