This position will be a part of the International Independent Compliance Testing (IICT) team which is responsible for reviewing (Second line of defense testing) several Business Units across multiple international markets against applicable regulations thereby enabling the Legal Entity Compliance Officers gain assurance regarding the management of the company’s compliance risk.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain regular, proactive communication on work progress and potential findings with the Manager, Compliance Testing Team, and local Market Compliance Officers.
Academic Background
Good academic qualification with experience in compliance or legal with Anti-Money Laundering knowledge would be an added advantage. CA, CS, CPA, CAMS, MBA and individuals with certifications in audit would be preferred.

Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in audit or risk advisory at Big Four or bank/financial institution
- Strong internal control and validating testing skills
- Ability to design test scripts, execute fieldwork testing, and communicate findings
- Knowledge of AML, privacy, anti-corruption, consumer protection regulatory domains
- Sound knowledge of Enterprise Issue Management Framework (issue identification, escalation, remediation support)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and ability to present findings to senior leadership
- CAMS, CA, CS, CPA, MBA or audit certifications
- Prior AML-specific experience or background
