We are looking for a motivated Cloud Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to support our GCP-centric multi-cloud infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing cloud environments, working closely with senior cloud engineers and architects on day-to-day operational tasks, reporting, dashboards, and automation initiatives across our production platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor GCP infrastructure health, performance, and cost using Cloud Monitoring, BigQuery, and related tooling
- Assist in incident triage, ticket management (Jira), and basic troubleshooting of cloud resources
- Support IAM access reviews, security audits, and compliance checks (e.g., public GCS bucket exposure, role assignments across projects)
- Generate and maintain operational dashboards and reports for stakeholders and team leads
- Assist with routine automation using Terraform, gcloud CLI, or Python/Bash scripting (e.g., lifecycle policies, IAM provisioning)
- Support patching, backups, and basic configuration management activities on GCE/GKE workloads
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain runbooks
- Coordinate with senior engineers on escalations, change requests, and CSPM/security remediation items
- Participate in on-call rotation for basic L1/L2 support (as applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a cloud operations, IT infrastructure, or DevOps-adjacent role
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP); exposure to AWS or Azure is a plus
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, firewalls, load balancers, Cloud NAT)
- Familiarity with Linux server administration fundamentals
- Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools, especially Terraform
- Basic scripting skills (Python or Bash)
- Understanding of ticketing/reporting tools (Jira or similar)
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

- Cloud certification (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer)
- Exposure to Kubernetes/GKE and containerized workloads
- Familiarity with Check Point firewall administration or RPA tools such as UiPath
