The Opportunity:
The Client Solutions Analyst will join the Client Solutions Support Team with a focus on the Northeast US territory to generate new business and service existing client relationships.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing client solutions team to learn about the full spectrum of private markets, develop client prospecting, relationship development, management, and servicing skills.
Although this position does not entail direct prospecting or selling, it is an opportunity to develop skills to succeed in this and other private markets career paths.
Your responsibilities will be to:

Maintain sales activities and new business pipeline for the designated region in CRM
-
Conduct research (CRM, external databases, Internet) to generate and tier prospects and new business leads

Attend and document virtual prospect and client meetings
-
Assist with preparation of presentations and RFPs in conjunction with the client solutions professionals, marketing, products, RFP/content, and compliance departments
-
Help organize regional investment road shows and events in conjunction with client solutions and events teams
-
Help the team operate in a more efficient way by leveraging new technology

Other sales-related projects as necessary
Your background will include:

College degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A) with strong academic performance

0-3 years’ experience in financial services

Interest in learning about private markets, sales, and client service

Exceptional organization, detail orientation, and an ability to multi-task

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong quantitative/analytical skills

Intellectual curiosity and creativity

Full proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
