We are seeking an energetic Analyst to join the team in Warsaw, to support our cutting-edge software suite in Poland and Central Europe. This role is critical in the expansion of Aurora’s software offering, and sits cross-functionally between the Advisory, Product, Research, and Commercial teams at Aurora, demanding power markets expertise and proficiency in using Aurora’s software products.
The successful candidate will combine astute analytical ability with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with clients. They will be confident in topics concerning power markets and the energy transition, and eager to work in a creative, intellectually stimulating, and supportive environment where they will play a driving role in one of Aurora’s key strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Empower leading developers, utilities, and funds across the power sector to deploy capital to the Energy Transition, by integrating Aurora’s software into their strategic investment decisions
- Host specialized workshops and training sessions to help customers leverage Aurora's software for energy market analysis, asset valuation, and investment decision-making
- Perform feature-bridging analyses for client projects, providing access to pre-release features and other internal functionalities
- Support clients in leveraging Aurora's software outputs within investment processes and transactions, delivering bankable valuations and insights
- Apply structured analysis and judgment to complex datasets, balancing multiple sources of information and uncertainty
- Help answer client questions across a broad range of topics, ensuring they are able to unlock value from the software, and working with other internal teams where escalations are required
- Shape product roadmaps by collecting key customer insights and working closely with internal Product and Development teams to incorporate them into the roadmap
- Leverage customer usage insights to drive strategic engagement, adoption, and retention initiatives
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong analytical capabilities in engineering, business, economics, or similar
- Strong communication skills and a level of confidence in client-facing situations
- Ability to apply sound analytical judgment in ambiguous situations and translate complex information into actionable insights
- A high degree of persistence in reaching goals and a hands-on approach to ensuring targets are achieved
- Strong team player with a track record of success in team environments
- Business fluency (C1 level) in English
- Professional working proficiency (C1 level) in Polish, Czech, Slovak, or other European languages
- Professional experience in an analytical, knowledge-driven role involving collaboration across multiple stakeholders or functions
- Polish, Czech, Slovak (or other Central European) power market analytics experience
- Experience in energy or power market analysis
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a B2B setting
