The Analyst, Change Management supports the planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of change management activities for small to moderately complex initiatives and projects. Assists with change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, organisational readiness activities, reporting and adoption measurement to support successful business outcomes. Works on simple to moderately complex assignments and minor projects with limited financial impact. Performs duties under moderate supervision, applying a broad knowledge of change management principles, practices and procedures and exercising sound judgement, analysis and initiative.
Essential Job Functions
Supports change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and organisational readiness activities for assigned projects and workstreams to identify business impacts, change risks and adoption requirements.
Develops and maintains change management artefacts including communication materials, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness assessments, training materials, change logs, implementation support documentation and status reports.
Coordinates change management activities including communications, stakeholder engagement sessions, awareness activities, training logistics and feedback collection.
Tracks and analyses change management metrics, stakeholder feedback, adoption measures, risks, issues, actions and dependencies and prepares reporting for project and change management stakeholders.
Supports implementation activities, post-implementation reviews, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to improve change effectiveness and business adoption.
