The Team: The Sales Analytics team is a dynamic, global unit with presence across the United States, Pakistan, Philippines, and India. This collaborative team is dedicated to conceiving, building, and maintaining insightful reports and projects that drive impact across the entire commercial organization.

Responsibilities and Impact:
 • Generate and maintain insightful reports for sales performance using CRM data and advanced data visualization techniques.
• Perform detailed data extraction and analysis from diverse sources (e.g., Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake) to support commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance to translate data into actionable insights and drive business solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of existing reporting processes, proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
• Contribute to an environment that values accountability and extraordinary performance, offering significant growth opportunities within a global team.
• All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week. 
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
 An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, sales analysis, or a relevant data analytics role.
Proficiency in SQL (preferably Snowflake or similar data warehouses), Salesforce reporting & data models, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Power Query and complex formulas).
Demonstrated expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for impactful reporting and insight generation.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively.
• We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer. 
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated initiative in contributing to team initiatives and proposing new ideas to improve business processes or reporting solutions.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage urgent requests while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Proven ability to resolve varied and non-routine issues and effectively clarify technical information for stakeholders.
Proactive engagement in professional development and continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge within the BI domain.
