Join our dynamic team as an Insights Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our account management and business development teams. You'll be responsible for executing our data acquisition strategy and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of information solutions to our data supplier partners. Your assignments will range from basic analysis and problem-solving to assisting in the development of complex solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch information services to our data supplier customers.
- Gather requirements, develop custom reports, fulfill report requests, and respond to customer inquiries with minimal supervision.
- Perform routine mathematical data analysis to create customer-specific solutions for unique business challenges faced by our data supplier partners.
- Validate data deliverables to ensure they meet customer specifications, including timeliness and quality.
- Identify and deliver proactive marketplace insights to customers.
- Serve as a backup for other analysts.
- Maintain effective internal communications with teams to stay updated on activities within the customer base.
- Proactively develop knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace, including both traditional (pharma) and non-traditional (supplier) applications of IQVIA data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analysis, sales analysis, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
- Strong command of English.
