The Benefits Administration Analyst is responsible to drive and support the accurate execution of the supported Benefits Administration processes and programs for the ADUSA Brands. The Analyst will plan and implement processes and procedures through support of configuration of HR systems and is a subject matter expert (SME) for the HR Business Partners and related stakeholder team(s). The Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, in order to support compliance processes, operational assessments, and ad-hoc support from our HR partners, providing recommendations on process improvements and program efficacy. The Analyst will serve as the primary SME regarding system configuration and related project support and HRIS/HRIT collaboration.
Principle Duties and Repsonsbilities:

  • Serve as a project lead and/or subject matter expert, for projects involving functional business areas, HRIS, and IT.
  • Be a recognized expert in all aspects of ADUSA Brand Benefit programs, processes and systems.
  • Analyze the performance of the supported administrative processes and procedures, implementing process improvements accordingly
  • Develop reporting and analytics that provide insights to program and policy efficacy to brand HR leadership
  • Provide ongoing support within HR Services and Total Rewards Administration on areas of expertise to ensure cross functional support to business partners.
  • Collaborates and partners with brand HR teams to ensure design proposed to ADUSA Brands can be effectively managed under existing system design/constraints.
  • Analyze data to ensure accuracy of related financial transactions
  • Provide support to the associate service center as required, including knowledgebase development
  • Support the implementation of any related IT changes, including project work related to mergers, acquisitions and divestiture activity
  • Serve as primary lead on external audit data requests, working with HRIS team members as needed
  • Creating and delivering specialized presentations and training on analytics, data and system related topics Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accounting for the various programs is represented accurately
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Assist HR Services leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 2+ years previous HR, HRIS or analyst experience


Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to respond to inquiries using existing resources
  • Ability to perform basic analytical tasks related to comparing data files and determining potential errors or omissions within the data stream
  • Ability to interpret customer request and be able to respond appropriately
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Provides support to the administration team related to program execution and system processes
  • Supports established project plans
  • Ability to perform basic tasks assigned for maintaining systems used by the administration team
