We are growing our Telecom & Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking team due to increased deal activity and continued successful growth and are looking for talented individuals to join our team in London.
The difference you’ll make:
Supporting live transaction execution across M&A and IPO processes, including due diligence coordination, workstream management and interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Preparing high-quality client materials, including pitchbooks, strategic reviews, management presentations, information memoranda, board materials and internal approval documents
Conducting detailed sector, company, investor and transaction analysis across the European telecom and digital infra space
Monitoring market developments, valuation trends, regulatory themes and investor activity across key sub-sectors, including digital infrastructure (data centres, towers, fibre), Telecoms (B2C, B2B) and media
Performing valuation work using DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and other relevant sector-specific approaches
Building and reviewing detailed financial models, including operating models, DCFs, merger and accretion/ dilution analyses, valuation frameworks, and sensitivities
Supporting senior bankers on client dialogue, strategic analysis and origination ideas

Previous experience in investment banking, M&A, ECM/IPO advisory or a similar transaction environment
Demonstrable interest in, and prior exposure to, the TMT sector in Europe, including telecommunications, digital infrastructure and media
Execution experience on live transactions and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
A degree (or equivalent), preferably in a numerical discipline with a strong academic track record
Proven ability to produce high-quality client-facing materials, with excellent attention to detail and quality control
Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a strong grasp of accounting and corporate finance fundamentals
Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv, Mergermarket, Infralogic
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
It would also be nice for you to have:
Fluency in additional European languages
CISI Qualification of equivalent
