Responsibilities
- Manage production issues or support, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with vendors and stakeholders
- Manage vendor contracts and follow up on any issues that arise, ensuring smooth collaboration and service delivery
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, users, and stakeholders
- Lead and manage project tasks, coordinate deliverables, and ensure effective communication with vendors and stakeholders
- Provide technical support, including knowledge of OS basics such as command line and file/server management
Requirements
- in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proficient in managing production issues, vendor contracts, and technical support
- Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and manage project tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with OS basics, including command line and file/server management
